Buffalo Chicken Dip

Quick Description:
This dip is quick and easy, and it's a hit everywhere I've made it. Great to bring to a party, for tailgating, or watching sports at home. Recipe credit goes to a student worker named Lauren who worked in my office at UGA and used to make this for us.

Ingredients:

Shredded Colby jack or Monterrey jack cheese
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I like Texas Pete)
1/2 cup light ranch dressing
1 10 oz can chicken, drained
8 oz light cream cheese, softened
Ritz or other crackers for dipping

Preheat oven to 350. Layer ingredients in a Pyrex dish in this order: cream cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch. Top with a thick layer of shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Stir well before serving to mix all ingredients. Serve with Ritz or another cracker of your choice.
